Sweden and Germany qualify for the Olympic Finals as the 
best two performing European nations at the WWC.

SOUTH AMERICA

Due to lack of interest in organising a qualifying competition for
one spot, the CSF attributed it to Brazil as winners of both the
South American Championship and the Pan-American Games in 2003.
