The final round was originally to be held in Jamaica from 21-31st August but in mid-August
the Jamaica F.F. announced a postponement to December, citing lack of sponsors and complications
resulting from Hurricane Allen.  In October, following political unrest in Jamaica, the C.F.U.
announced that the event would be switched to Martinique from 18-25th December.
